Duration: The construction will take place over a period of 13 Weeks (3 Months) Expected start date is 17th September, 2024.

(1) Jubbaland State of Somalia (JSS) has set aside funds being provided by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) through PREMIS Programme to cover eligible payments under a contract for the Procurement of Construction of Revenue Office in Dhoobley, Jubbaland State of Somalia.
(2) Bid documents in English are available in the Public Procurement office, Jubbaland State of Somalia at Ministry of Finance compound or the bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by the interested eligible bidder on the Ministry of Finance website
The Bidding documents consists of:
Volume I: The Invitation for Bid (IFB) including the Bill of Quantity attached.
Volume II: Drawings/ Design.
(3)All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No. 027/MOF/JSS/2024, for the construction of Revenue Office in Dhoobley must be delivered/dropped to the tender Box available in the Public Procurement Office, Ministry of Finance compound in Kismayo or to be submitted electronically by email to: procurement@jubbalandmof.so with subject title: “Bid No. 027/MOF/JSS/2024 for the construction of Revenue Office in Dhoobley. No any other manner of submission shall be accepted.
Bid will be opened promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry of Finance Conference Hall.
