The Ministry of Finance, acting under the authority of the Jubbaland State of Somalia (Council of Ministers), is responsible for the overall financial management of the Jubbaland State of Somalia Budget and other financial affairs and for the budgets under the responsibility of the regions, which together form the Jubbaland State of Somalia Consolidated Budget
The Ministry of Finance was established with the assistance of our partner Somali Stability Fund (SSF) who were instrumental in the implementation and the success of the PFM system in Jubbaland.
